Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify

• The item must be undamaged, complete, and in working order.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items must be included.

Additional notes

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.
• If the return is not due to our fault, the buyer is responsible for the return postage and 10% restocking fee.
